UCLA Symposium on Human Trafficking and Exploitation: Jan 29-30

This year’s UCLA annual law review symposium, at the UCLA School of

Law, is entitled “Examining the Roots of Human Trafficking and
Exploitation.”

The symposium will take place on January 29th and 30th,
2015. The program consists of talks, discussions, training, and
performance and will address the social, economic, and systemic causes
of trafficking and exploitation, and strategies for combating the
problem.

California State Attorney General Kamala Harris will be speaking,
along with dozens of other participants, including survivors,
practitioners, advocates and academics.
