Contribute to developing a person-centered maternity care scale

Dear colleagues,

Our team at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) developed a 30 item Person-centered maternity care (PCMC) scale, which we  validated using data from an urban and a rural setting in Kenya. We are in the process of validating this tool in additional countries and will like to develop a shortened version, which will be simple and useful for programs in different countries.

As part of this process, we are will like to invite you to participate in a short survey to help us prioritize items in the shortened tool. This will take only about 5 to 10mins of your time. You may open the survey in your web browser by clicking this link:Person-centered maternity care scale

If the link above does not work, try copying the link below into your web browser: https://redcap.ucsf.edu/surveys/?s=RT38PDDJ4J

We appreciate your time to help with this important work.

If you will want to read the validation paper, it is available here: http://rdcu.be/v7VW

Please address any questions to Patience at  Patience.Afulani@ucsf.edu .

Thank you,

PCMC scale simplification team
