Job Opening at UCSF: Research Data Analyst

My team has an opening for a more senior researcher/data analyst (post masters with prior experience in quantitative data management and analysis). It’s posted as an 80% job, but there is some flexibility around that. We have a really great team and are looking for a good fit.

This position is involved in research and evaluation for multiple sexual and reproductive health programs within California. The individual’s primary responsibility is to gather, analyze, and interpret a variety of quantitative data, including management of multiple datasets. The individual will prepare reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids to interpret and communicate data and results, including peer-reviewed manuscripts. The individual will also process and verify received surveys, and provide technical assistance by phone and email to local agencies to properly administer surveys. The position is responsible for supporting less experienced research staff to verify data analysis plans and findings.
