Meet Gillian Foley, Advocacy Chair of the Reproductive Health Interest Group

Gillian is a second-year medical student at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Gillian completed her undergraduate degree at UC Davis as a biopsychology major. Her medical interests include women’s health and general reproductive health, which she is continuing to explore through advocacy and research. Gillian currently serves as a co-coordinator for UCLA’s chapter of Medical Students for Choice and also is conducting a research project on the topic of HPV and cervical cancer. Outside of school and medicine, she spends her free time reading, going to concerts, baking, singing along to show tunes, and listening to podcasts.
