Dana Beck, PhD, MSN, MS, FNP-BC

Dana Beck, PhD, MSN, MS, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner specializing in sexual and reproductive health, a health services and policy researcher and a current NIH Loan Repayment Awardee, supported by NICHD. Her active clinical practice informs her research and teaching. She has expertise in the process of community mobilization for maternal health in under-resourced communities and has conducted research in the US, Ethiopia, and Zambia. Dr. Beck’s current active projects focus on community partnered co-design and implementation of policy and health systems solutions for individuals at the intersections of health across the perinatal spectrum (including abortion care),  behavioral health, and social determinants.
