Leah Loh, MPH, MBA

Bixby Leadership
Manager of Strategic Initiatives
Leah Loh, MPH, MBA, brings the perspective of her rural upbringing—where strong community ties coexisted with gaps in access to trusted reproductive health information and care—along with formative fieldwork in Guatemala through UCLA’s APEx program and a decade of high-impact work reducing teen pregnancy in California, to her work in sexual and reproductive health. Across more than two decades, Leah has worked at the intersection of public health, healthcare delivery, research, and operations in academic, clinical, and entrepreneurial settings. Her work is driven by improving user experience, building trust in science, and translating evidence into clear, functional systems that expand access to high-quality care. Leah currently serves as Manager of Strategic Initiatives at the UCLA Bixby Center to Advance Sexual and Reproductive Health Equity and is known for bridging disciplines and aligning diverse stakeholders to ensure public health efforts are both rigorous and responsive to real-world needs.
